In the NOPR RMO 1-8-000 the Commission proposes to have public utilities file electronically with FERC & post on their websites an Index of Customers. The index will contain a summary of the contractual terms and conditions in their service agreements for all jurisdictional services-market-based power sales, cost-based power sales, and transmission services, plus transaction informa- tion for short-term and long-term market based power sales and cost-based power sales during the most recent calendar quarter. The Index would replace the current filing of individual service agreement and paper copies of quarterly market-based sales etc.
