This consolidated set of performance
measures collects information from public or private agencies or
organizations engaged in demonstrations, research, training, or
other projects that receive funding from the Special Projects of
Regional and National Significane (SPRANS) and Community Integrated
Service Systems (CISS) federal and discretionary grant programs,
and other categorical discretionary grant programs.

The new annual estimated burden
for the DGIS is 41.18 hours per respondent, and a total of 31,674
total burden hours. 162 hours are due to changes in agency
discretion, the remaining 31,512 hours are due to an adjustment in
OPDIV Estimate. Approximately 105 Health Start grantees will report
on a new performance measure, which increased the burden by 1 hour;
and approximately 57 Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems grantees
will report on a new performance measure, which increased the
burden by 1 hour.
